Instructions:
1. Use the
spinner to dry lettuce. Blend 2 tbsp. lime juice, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp.
finely chopped ginger, 1 tbsp. coarsely chopped coriander in a bowl. Add salt
and pepper to taste.
2. Add dried lettuce into the bowl with the dressing and
toss again.
3. Stone the mango and avocado, peel them and put aside on a plate.
4. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces, place in a heated frying pan, add
salt and pepper and fry until golden brown.
5. Serve mango and avocado cut into
slices on a plate, add lettuce mix, place sliced red onion on top and spread
with cooked chicken.
Finally
drizzle with lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
