  • Ingredients (serves 4):
    ½ celery root
    1 yellow beet
    1 beet
    4 slices Black Forest ham
    1 tsp. coarse-grained Dijon mustard
    3 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
    1 dl olive oil
    Salt, ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Grate cleaned celery root into strips, add 1 tsp. mustard, add yoghurt and blend. Season with salt and pepper to your taste and leave to rest in a cool place for at least one hour.
2. Cut beet into wedges, boil it and fry it in oil together with the ham.
3. Mix the olive oil with a teaspoon of mustard, season with salt and pepper.
4. Shape the celery salad using a mould, arrange the beet with the salad, garnish with a slice of fried ham and pour the mustard dressing on top.
