It's made of three-layered stainless steel: inner layer made of 18/10 stainless steel, intermediate layer made of aluminium, and external layer made of stainless steel for induction. Thanks to its heat retention capacity, the inner temperature remains even and allows for remarkable energy savings since it requires low output for cooking.
It is provided with a robust stainless steel handle for safe grip; comes with a domed lid for perfect steam circulation and regulation. Provided with steamer basket, steaming rack and cooling rack. A cookbook with many recipes is included.
