Instructions:
1. For the
dressing, blend chopped dill with olive oil, add lemon juice, a teaspoon of
sugar and blend everything well. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add rinsed
wine grapes to rinsed and dried lettuce and toss again.
3. Slice Halloumi
cheese and grill until golden brown.
4. Transfer lettuce with wine grapes to a
plate, add slices of grilled cheese and pour dressing on top.
