Grilled Halloumi cheese with wine grapes and lettuce

  • Ingredients (serve 4):

    250 g Halloumi cheese
    500 g lettuce mix
    300 g wine grapes
    30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil

  • For the dressing:

    150 ml olive oil
    20 g (1 tbsp.) fresh dill
    15 ml (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
    5 g (1 tsp.) sugar
    Salt, ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. For the dressing, blend chopped dill with olive oil, add lemon juice, a teaspoon of sugar and blend everything well. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add rinsed wine grapes to rinsed and dried lettuce and toss again.
3. Slice Halloumi cheese and grill until golden brown.
4. Transfer lettuce with wine grapes to a plate, add slices of grilled cheese and pour dressing on top.
