Don't break the mould!

Try the single portion mould sets for custard and pannacotta: they are made of resistant plastic, crush-proof, suitable for fridge and dishwasher. They are perfect for pannacotta, custard as well and puddings and fruit jellies. They come in sets of four with a cookbook included.

The moulds are made of three parts: body, small upper cap and big lower cap. Close the small cap, turn upside down and fill the mould to the line; close the big cap and put in the fridge (keeping upside down). Once ready, extract from the fridge, remove the big cap and lay the mould upright on a dish: once you remove the small cap, the custard will come out of the mould and lay on the dish without leaving any leftovers.
