Classic Madeleines made easy!

Madeleines are traditional French treats, small sponge cakes shaped like shells, they vaguely recall the taste of plum cakes. You can bake them at home using this silicone mould that resists from -40 to +230 °C and suitable for all ovens. The traditional shape allows to bake those sweets and extract them easily from the mould thanks to the flexible silicone it is made of.
